Johanna Murugan is senior partner and Barrister-at-Law at Juridis Law Firm in Mauritius, where she specializes in real estate, financial services and corporate law.
She regularly advises on cross-border transactions, acting for companies including banking and non-banking financial institutions, property developers and local and international investors who wish to structure their investment and businesses through Mauritius.
Johanna is also actively involved with international and local NGOs, acting as pro bono Counsel and board member, and is a Professor of Property Law at the International Law School of the Université Panthéon-Assas in Mauritius.
