Partner at Interlaw’s Chinese Firm Elected Vice Chairman of the China International Investment Arbitration Forum
Dr. Wei Lin, senior partner at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, Interlaw’s partner firm in China, has been appointed vice chairman of the China International Investment Arbitration Forum (CIIAF).
Founded in February 2019, the CIIAF is the first national platform dedicated to the collaborative exploration of international investment law and its practical application in China. As a leading research forum in the country focused on international investment arbitration, the CIIAF plays a pivotal role in advancing the field.
Expressing his gratitude for the appointment, Dr. Lin said, "It is a great honor to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the CIIAF and to further enhance China’s expertise in international investment law and arbitration practices."
Dr. Lin is a seasoned expert in international investment dispute resolution, with extensive experience managing complex cases involving cross-border investments and arbitration. His expertise spans international commercial arbitration, international investment treaties, and disputes under prominent arbitration frameworks including ICSID, UNCITRAL, and the ICC.
