Jaime Cubillos Appointed to Interlaw Board of Directors
Jaime Cubillos, corporate partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz, Interlaw’s firm in Colombia, has been appointed to the organization’s board of directors.
As a corporate, financial and M&A specialist, Jaime advises sellers and buyers, including strategic and private equity funds, on national and international matters across multiple sectors.
He also has extensive experience in capital markets transactions and corporate and project finance and has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Colombia by several international publications, including Chambers and Partners, IFLR, Who's Who Legal and Latin Lawyer.
