Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Interlaw’s partner firm in India, has advised the State Bank of India and a consortium of lenders in connection with financing amounting to 71.63 billion rupees (approximately US$840 million) to Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited.

The funds will support the development of a 1190 MW hybrid renewable energy power project in the Indian state of Gujarat, which will comprise both a solar power plant and a wind farm with an installed capacity of 1363 MW.
