Interlaw’s Bulgarian Firm Delivers Major European Court of Human Rights Project
Andrey Delchev & Partners – Eurolex, Interlaw’s partner firm in Bulgaria, has played a key role in the delivery of legal amendments that will enable the implementation of European Court of Human Rights judgements in Bulgaria.
During a recent meeting, organized by the Ministry of Justice in Bulgaria, the firm’s team presented a detailed legal analysis of the reasons for inefficient implementation of ECHR judgements in Bulgaria and draft by-laws. Part of this major project was a comparative study of good practices in other European countries. To deliver this, the team was supported by law firms from across the Interlaw network.
The team at Andrey Delchev & Partners – Eurolex comprised senior partner Severina Liubenova, partner Dimitar Delchev, senior associate Bilyana Manova and associates Nedko Radev and Desislava Shopova. They were praised by the Ministry of Justice project coordinator Maria Dimitrova for their work.
